What are Rooms?

Rooms are curated experiences designed to cut through status and guesswork. We seat everyone from professionals and operators alongside founders/executives in a small, controlled setting, remove the pressure to posture, and run a focused exchange where front-line realities meet company vision. Each Room is built for the people in it, with a single aim: produce conclusions and next steps neither side could reach on their own.

Formats

  • Dinner: curated intros, off the record.
  • Clinic: applied blocks—e.g., Personal SOPs, OODA Under Pressure, Networking Under Load. These are examples. We run only what can be verified and taught to standard.

Standards

  • NDA at check-in
  • OPSEC trained media team (faces blurred; approval required before public eye)
  • No client logos, no press, no posts without clearance

Teach a Room

  • Who: vetted alumni or qualified waitlist applicants who can prove the skill and teach to standard.
  • Requirements: NDA, lesson plan, short demo, and attendee deliverables (template/checklist/playbook).
  • Verification: we validate reps + instruction quality before scheduling.
  • Comp: 10% of net profit per clinic.

Operational Security is how we protect people, information, and locations. Phones down. Need-to-know only. No faces without consent. We keep the work clean so the signal stays clean.
